What role will European citizens play in the Green New Deal

In cooperation with the Community Power Coalition, the Global Renewables Congress holds a Parliamentary Breakfast for Members of the European Parliament on 5th November 2019.

In this policy dialogue, the following questions will be addressed;

    • What is the role of Energy Ownership in the Green New Deal?
    • How can we unleash the full potential of community energy in Europe?
    • How do we implement community energy in Member States with the Clean Energy for All European Package?
    • What are the major steps to be taken within the next legislative period to boost community energy?

We would like to invite you to share your experiences from your constituency and get your perspective on how we can support you as legislator to strengthen the role of community energy for a Green New Deal.
